She currently manages NAMIC’s national state legislative and regulatory as well as public policy teams and related lobbying objectives. She also leads the association’s involvement with the National Conference of Insurance Legislators and the National Association of Insurance Commissioners.

Craig GipeCraig Gipe is a Risk Control Consultant for the Kentucky Associated General Contractors Self Insurer’s Fund. A native of Owensboro, Kentucky, he earned a BS in Occupational Safety and Health from Murray State University in 1996. Craig began his career in heavy industrial construction and later founded SafetyCraig Consulting in Lexington, providing safety training, audits, and management services to contractors across Kentucky and the eastern U.S. for over 20 years.
 

Brian Harris, Director of Risk Control – Gulf Coast Region | FCCI Insurance Group
Brian HarrisBrian Harris is the Director of Risk Control for the Gulf Coast Region at FCCI Insurance Group. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology from the Florida State University. Brian began his career in law enforcement, including patrol and insurance investigations. In 2003 he transitioned into the private sector and went to work for Safeco Insurance as an SIU Investigator. In 2007 he embarked on his risk control career with Safeco. Since then, Brian has also held risk control positions with Liberty Mutual and FCCI.

Luke BramblettLuke Bramblett is the Senior Director of Corporate EH&S for Churchill Downs Incorporated (CDI).  Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective and innovative environmental, health and safety program, with the objective of promoting safety, minimizing risk, and protecting the assets of CDI which includes Churchill Downs Racetrack in Louisville, Kentucky plus over 50 gaming, horse racing and hotel properties encompassing over 8,500 employees in 16 states.   
 

Rob Miller, Vice President of Safety | Keeley Construction
Rob MillerRob Miller began his career in safety in 1996 upon graduating from Murray State University. Over the past nearly three decades, he has accumulated a wealth of experience in developing and implementing comprehensive safety programs tailored to the unique challenges in the industry. Rob spent 12 years with a St. Louis based construction company working in oil refineries and chemical plants throughout the country. He spent his next 10 years in the utility industry supporting generation, transmission and energy delivery services as well as leading the safety management effort with the company's contractor work forces. For the last seven years he has been back on the contractor side with Keeley Construction.
 

Jason M. Schurtz, CSP, CWBSP, CFPS, ARM, Technical Specialist- Property,  Loss Control | The Cincinnati Insurance Company
Jason SchurtzJason Schurtz has over 20 years of experience within the insurance and property loss control field providing guidance to a wide range of clients on fire, life and explosion safety. Having worked at Cincinnati Insurance since 2016, Jason took the position as a Property Technical Consultant supporting loss control field consultants in Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, Tennessee, Michigan, Pennsylvania and NYC. He regularly assists with technical training of field associates, plan reviews, hydraulic calculations, and technical consultations regarding insured facilities.

Max BransonMax Branson is a vice president and claim executive at General Reinsurance Company. Before coming to Gen Re, Max spent two years at CNA and fifteen years at The Hartford, most of that time in a legal role advising on coverage disputes involving asbestos, environmental, and other complex legacy claims.
