TranStar Technical Services, Inc. was founded in 1994 to provide Loss Control-Inspection services to the insurance related industry throughout the Southeastern United States. Don Rucinski, ALCM, and Paulette Rucinski, APA, both have over 30 years of insurance related experience and provide overall management of the company based in Marietta, Georgia.
